The National Ride for Children's Charities
June 14 & 15 2007

So this is what it is...

It's a nationwide ride taking place in every state, in small cities and towns as well as large ones all over the United States and any other country who wants to participate. Riding and motorcycle clubs and organizations will arrange their own rides for the childrens charity of their choice. Thousands of motorcycles will be on the road for charity on the same weekend with a common cause;. to help children people in need. You choose your charity and how you're going to help them and 100% of the proceeds go to your charity. You can start your fund raising at any time. You can make it a year long fund raiser if you want or it can last a few months, weeks or just the weekend.

There are no fees to sign up, I'm just the clearing house to keep track of who's doing what, where, when. with who and for who. I'm doing the ground work, contacting clubs, organizations, businesses, etc. to get the word out. I'm listing the event on biker event sites too. I want to get bikes on the road for childrens charities. I'll also be offering official t-shirts, buttons and other merchandise at my price to official participants to purchase. You can wear this merchandise yourselves and you can resell it to make money for the your charity. Given enough time before the event, I will customize the official products with the name of your club/organization and/or your charity. For non-official participants I will be selling event merchandise at regular prices and the proceeds will go to my clubs local children's charity. If your group wants to sell event merchandise to raise money for your local charity, I can help you set up a shop for free that will make it easy for people to purchase the merchandise from you using credit cards and you won't have to put out any out of pocket money. I'll give you the master graphics for the products and you will be in charge of your own shop and I will help you get it set up and going. Then it's up to you to let people know how they can get the products to help support your charity. Word of mouth, links on web sites, links in forums, banners on friends web sites, etc.

So what am I asking from you? A few emails is all. Let me know you want to participate, where, when, what charity you're helping, how many are participating, what you're doing to raise money and what your club/organization is. Are you interested in official merchandise so I can give you the link to the discounted merchandise and are you interested in opening a shop to sell the merchandise in so I can help you with that and send you the master customized graphics.

I need information to put out the press releases to get the proper media coverage nationally and open the door so you can get the right media coverage locally. I'd like to hear from you as soon as you decide, long before the ride to see how you're doing and to know it's all taken care of and it's a done deal. Then after the ride, I need to hear from you again with any changes in riders or anything else that changed for the original plans. I also need to know how much money you raised for the charity of your choice. That way I can tally it all up and put it in a press release as what bikers did on the National Ride for Children's Charities.

Combine the local press you get with the national press the overall event will get and people will see that bikers are into charity all year round and not just during the holidays. So now I beg... please help me out. Spread the word. Talk to your friends, ride buddies, club or organization. Ride with on June 14 & 15 to raise money for children. Talk to your local motorcycle shop, ask them to put a flyer up and help us spread the word. Talk to your motorcycle dealership and see if they'll put a flyer up. Your local motorcycle gear shop too. Spread the word thru emails to the friends you've met on the road, just help me get the word out.

Crazy Crissy's Biker T-Shirts & Shyt is small potatoes in the world biker businesses and for me to sponsor an event of this size is just plain insanity! But that's why they call me Crazy Crissy. I'm putting my time and my merchandise profits into this event because I believe in it. I dream big and see big. And I'll work my ass off to make it happen. I need your help, your support. Get behind me on this one, let's ride together for kids and made this the biggest biker charity event in the history of biker charity events. Let's get more bikes on the road in one weekend than there's ever been before. I don't need money, I need people. Well everyone needs money but I need people to participate and spread the word and help me make this event happen. So please, email me and let me know that you're participating and spreading the word; together we will make The National Ride Children's Charities a reality and help more kids in one weekend that we normally help all year long and have more bikes on the road over one weekend than have ever been on the road before.
